If you have ordered or received the wrong size of Ring, we can only exchange it if you have not yet activated your Ring in the app.
To inform us that your Ring received is incorrect, load the McLEAR app on your phone and follow the steps to activate your Ring. During the process you will be asked to confirm if you have the correct colour and Ring size, ensure you select ‘NO’ during this step.
We advise that to use a returns service with a tracking system and that you keep the receipt.
