If you've just received your ring and found that you've ordered (or received) the wrong colour - provided your ring has not already been activated in the app, we’ll happily exchange it for you.
Load up the McLEAR app on your phone and follow the steps to activate your ring. During the process you will be asked to confirm if you have the correct colour and size of ring. Select 'NO' during this step.
We recommend that you use a Royal Mail service with track and trace function when you return your ring and that you retain your proof of purchase.
