To use your ring, you must first activate it using the app. Your activation code is printed on the sticker on the plastic wrap on your box, so please do not discard the ring box or the wrap.
Our apps are available for Apple iOS devices (iOS 12.4 and above) and Android devices (Android 8 and above). Visit https://mclear.com/activate for direct links to the apps and further information.
Activating a new ring in an existing account
If you are activating a new ring in your existing account, simply log in to the app, tap the plus (+) symbol in the top right corner of the main screen and you will be prompted to enter your activation code. Please follow the steps presented to activate.
Once added, you can swipe the whole home screen right/left to switch between the rings in your account.
We suggest you give the new ring a name which clearly differentiates it from the old ring to prevent confusion in the app.
Please note - as explained in our terms and conditions, once you have activated your ring, you will not be eligible to return your ring to us for a refund. If you have the wrong size or colour ring, please see our help section on returning your ring before activating it.
