If you are experiencing issues with your app loading, please consider the following:
- Is there enough space on your phone for the app to install properly? Our app requires between 50-90mb of space.
- Is the phone running the latest version of its operating system? Go to your software upgrade section on your phone and check.
- Do you have the latest version of the McLEAR RingPay app? You can check this by heading to your app store and checking for updates.
- Try completely deleting the app and reinstalling.
